Amir Lababedi is an experienced real estate professional with a strong focus on hospitality assets.
Over the last 20 years, during his tenure as Vice President Development Middle East and South Asia for Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, director with HVS, development manager for one of Abu Dhabi’s largest sovereign wealth funds, and head of corporate finance for a multi-billion dollar Abu Dhabi government real estate development, Amir has advised numerous individual and institutional owners on over US$7bn worth of hospitality related assets throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Amir has also accumulated several years’ experience in managing hotel operations.
His expertise and experience includes valuations, economic feasibility studies, asset management, hotel operator contract negotiation, sustainable design, hotel operations, spatial planning, and area programming.
He has worked on various types of single and portfolio assets including hotels and other hotel derivatives, marinas, golf courses, casinos, residential, retail, commercial, theme parks and wildlife reserves.
Amir holds a BSc in Hotel Management from the University of Surrey and an MSc in Banking & Finance, from London European Business School.
