Carlos Khneisser started his career in the hospitality industry in 1998, gaining broad experience across the sector, before focusing on finance and asset management positions over a nine year period. He graduated in 1996 with a BA Business Administration and Finance from Notre Dame University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
He joined Hilton Worldwide in 2009, overseeing the company’s growth within the region which now features more than 125 hotels trading or under development across the Middle East & North Africa under its Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts; Conrad Hotels & Resorts; Hilton Hotels & Resorts; Embassy by Hilton; Curio – A Collection by Hilton; DoubleTree by Hilton; Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton brands.
Based in Hilton Worldwide’s Middle East and Africa Regional Office, Dubai – Khneisser is charged with spearheading the growth of the Hilton Worldwide portfolio in markets including UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Kingdom of Bahrain; Oman; Qatar, Egypt and Morocco .
Under Khneisser’s leadership, Hilton Worldwide’s Middle East development has enjoyed year-on-year, organic growth and is spearheading the industry in the region with a record number of signings.
